In-Stock Products: Orders are processed within 0-30 business days, depending on product availability. Items in stock can be shipped within 24 hours.
Custom-Made Products: Production time for custom-made items typically takes 7-30 business days, excluding holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email titled "Shipment Notification for Order #XXXXXXX with Halloweez.com" containing tracking information.
For just $0.98, you can add insurance at checkout to protect your order against delays, loss, or damage during transit. This coverage allows you to receive reimbursement for shipping costs or a full refund in accordance with the insurance policy.
In-Stock Products: 0-1 business day for processing.
Custom-Made Products: 0-30 business days for production.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. Halloweez is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance. Please consult your local customs office for more information.
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be included in the shipment confirmation email. Use this number to monitor your package’s delivery status on the courier’s website.
If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery time frame, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
Up to 10 days overdue: You may request either a full refund or 30% reimbursement upon delivery.
More than 10 days overdue: You may cancel the order for a full refund or keep the item free of charge, paying only the shipping fee.
If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase Insurance, you are eligible for shipping fee reimbursement or a full refund for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. Please refer to the Worry-Free Purchase Insurance policy for detailed terms.
If your order arrives damaged or with incorrect items, please contact Customer Service within 14 days. Include photos of the damaged or incorrect product, along with the packaging. For damaged items, we may request additional "Proof of Damage" from the delivery carrier.
If the delivery is refused or the address provided is incorrect, the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery fees.
Custom products may take longer to ship due to production times. Please refer to your order confirmation for estimated delivery dates.
We ship worldwide, but delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures.
Customers returning custom products for modifications must cover the return shipping cost to our facility in China. We will handle the modification free of charge and cover the cost of re-shipping the item back to you.
