Pre-Sale Questions
All products are produced strictly in accordance with production procedures, with quality inspection on assembly lines and strict quality inspection for finished products. Only high-quality goods leave our factories. We have a QA team that tests your ordered products before they are packed and shipped. If we refunded your payment and closed your order, it's likely because we couldn't verify your payment or the products were out of stock. We usually contact you within 5 days, but if we can't reach you, we'll automatically refund you.
